The book discussion is scheduled for 8 a.m. Tuesday at the Westport Library's Sheffer Reading Room. The Business Book Club meets monthly to discuss business-related books and encourage networking.
"Curious business professionals are invited to attend these round-table discussions about the ever-changing business environment," said a press release. "Bring your coffee and join a lively and stimulating discussion about this book and other compelling business topics."
"Lean In" is a best-selling book from author Sheryl Sandberg, Facebook's COO.
“It is a great way to connect with business colleagues and discover new tools for personal and professional growth,” said Chamber President Lisa Parelli Gray in the press release.
Next month’s session, set for Dec. 10, will discuss “The Power of Habit: Why We Do What We Do in Life and Business” by Charles Duhigg.
