WESTPORT, Conn. -- Westport First Selectman Jim Marpe will participate in the Companions & Homemakers ribbon cutting ceremony at 1 p.m. Wednesday as the specialized, affordable home care service agency opens at 16 Ketchum St., Westport.
Grand opening activities will take place from noon to 4 p.m.
“We are very excited that unique companies, such as Companions & Homemakers choose Westport as the location to serve its clients," Marpe said. "Our community welcomes them and wishes them much success.”
Companions & Homemakers is a home care service agency that provides affordable, specialized in-home care for clients and families throughout Connecticut. For 25 years, the company has provided an alternative to institutional living, according to a press release.
