Westport OB/GYN Emily Blair Is Physician Of The Year At Bridgeport Hospital

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. -- Westport resident Emily Blair was named Physician of the Year during Bridgeport Hospital’s annual physician summit April 29 at the Bridgeport Holiday Inn.

“Dr. Blair is an exceptional physician who takes great care of all of her patients,” said Chief Medical Officer Michael Ivy.

“Consequently, her patients love her, as evidenced by her average patient satisfaction score of 99.6/100 in 2014. She donates her time and talent to the hospital in many ways, for example, participating in fundraising efforts for the Norma Pfriem Beast Care Center and being a member of the Bridgeport Hospital board of directors for the past seven years."

Blair was one of 38 physicians recognized at the summit for patient satisfaction scores in the 99th percentile.
