Westport Dentist Buys Building At 29 Imperial Ave. For $800,000

WESTPORT, Conn. -- The mixed-use property at 29 Imperial Ave. in Westport was sold for $800,000 on Nov. 15.

The property is part residential and part medical office and was renovated before the sale.

The buyer, Dr. Efren Cortes, currently has his dental practice on Lincoln Street in Westport.

Franco Fellah, executive vice president at Wetsport-based HK Group, finalized the sale. Cortes was represented by Kathleen Fazio, Kate Schwartz and Al Mirin of Cushman & Wakefield.
