The deal will run from 4 to 7 p.m. The giveaway pizzas will use the original recipe from 1947 — the small Scamorza, according to a Facebook post.

No need to call and order: Just drop by, Salerno's said.

"All we ask is a $2 donation for the Sterling House Food Pantry," Salerno's said. "Two bucks for a worthy cause. Help those who are having a hard time right now in our town."

The limit is one pizza per family.

Salerno's thanked all of its customers over the last 70 years.

Salerno's is located at 1398 Barnum Ave. in Stratford.
