Greenspun has been a nutritionist for over two decades and intends to continue to provide adults, adolescents and children with the tools and education to prevent disease, improve health and lose weight.
“I have been a nutritionist for 21 years, and with the increased interest in the relationship between what we eat and our well-being, my business is growing,” Greenspun said in a statement. “I am happy to be able to provide a new office that is easily accessible for my Fairfield County clients.”
Greenspun's practice includes weight management programs and nutrition therapy to help clients work through medical conditions. These conditions range from diabetes, high cholesterol, heart disease, diseases of the gastrointestinal system, celiac disease, PCOS, rheumatoid arthritis, to cancer and lupus.
Greenspun's work doesn't take the place of a regular physician, as she often works in tandem with patients' doctors to ensure the best health advice clients can receive.
“I love what I do because I can help people make meaningful changes that allow them to look and feel better about their health and themselves,” says Greenspun.
