The Stamford location will be near the water at 14 Harbor Point Road and feature 80 seats inside, as well as outside seating. Its interior is decorated with recycled materials from Maine.

Boothbay introduced its food truck into Fairfield County earlier this year to provide lobster rolls for catering and special events.

A Food and Drug Administration licensed commissary kitchen on the Maine Wharf in Portland, Maine, is known for its fresh, sustainable and traceable lobster.

Distributors for Boothbay Lobster Company include local Maine food producers such as certified organic Goranson Farm, Smith’s Log Smokehouse and Bangs Island Mussels.

A meal will be provided to an individual in need with every lobster roll purchased.
